Halman leads Times scribe votes

LOCK onballer Isaac Halman (right) leads the Great Flinders Football League Brenton Rehn Memorial 2009 Player of the Year.

Halman sits in front on 14 votes, with Tumby Bay captain Michael Curtis hot on his heels with 13.

Shawn Fitzgerald and Michael Crettenden are also strong chances on 11 votes, while last year's winner Paul Jefferson from Tumby Bay is sitting on eight.

Votes are given by local Times scribes after each home and away game throughout the season.

Note: Rounds 4, 9, and 14 are "hidden" rounds where votes are not published until after the final minor round game.
