THREE new A grade coaches will take on the role for the Port Lincoln Football League 2012 season.
Lincoln South, Boston and Marble Range will have coaches with fresh eyes next year, with Carl Semmler (Tasman) and Richard Horgan (Wayback) set to take on the top job again.
Michael Williams will take over for Lincoln South and said he had faith the club could lift its A grade side into the finals next year.
He said although the club finished on the bottom of the premiership table last season, he was hoping that would change next season.
"Because we are such a young side, I will be able to mould them," he said.
"They are young and fit and we will be playing a very fast running game.
"We will be just trying to gain a bit more confidence in the younger players with the experienced players behind them."
Williams knows the Lincoln South club well, having spent five years as A grade captain and he played in three premierships with the club.
He said in the 2011 season there was a large gap between the top three sides and the bottom three sides.
"My main aim is to close that gap as far as we can," he said.
The A grade side will start pre-season early in January, and players have already been out to one training session earlier this month.
Williams said the club's committee had been working hard this year to recruit new players to the club, and had been successful in adding a few players to next year's line up, with a few more in the pipeline.
Boston and Marble Range will also have new coaches for next season, meaning the three clubs to finish bottom in the 2011 season will enter the upcoming football year with a fresh coach.
Brett Watherston will take over Boston's top job from Troy Hull and Glyn Owen will step aside as Marble Range's A grade coach with Phillip Andersen taking the reins.
Mallee Park's coach for the 2012 season is unconfirmed.
