COACHES from all sports are invited to the Port Adelaide Football Club Coaches Forum to be held in conjunction with the Port Adelaide Community Camp visit to Port Lincoln on February 1 and 2.
The forum will feature some of the finest coaching minds in the country including Mark Williams, Dean Laidley, Gary Hocking, Russell Ebert and Darren Trevena.
Participants will be able to observe the Power coaches put a Lower EP Youth Training Squad through their paces at Ravendale from 4.30pm on the Monday afternoon (February 1).
This will be an ideal opportunity for all interested in coaching to get up close and listen to the coaches as they instruct the players.
Following the training session, a forum will be held in the Ravendale complex from 5.30pm to 6.30pm with all the Power coaching staff.
The forum will discuss coaching principles in general, which can then be applied to any level of coaching.
Both the training session and forum are free for all participants interested in coaching.
Please register with Andrew Taheny on 0428 855 186 or rdceyre@sanfl.com.au or Mark Fisher on 0428 824 033 or sportrec@plcc.sa.gov.au by January 29.
All Port Adelaide players, coaches and staff will then attend a dinner at the Ravendale complex.
