Tasman under 17 tall mid fielder James Andrew saved his best for the grand final.
Inspiring his team to premiership glory, his run and carry style set up many attacking plays.
James’ ability to work back in defence and help his team-mates clear the ball were a major factor in his side’s comfortable win over the Boston Tigers.
Well played James, drop in and see Robyn at the league office to pick up your voucher.
On behalf of all involved in the junior football league, thanks to Shanno’s Pizza for its continued support and we look forward to doing it all again next season.
GT Legends Award
Named best on ground in the A grade grand final, Mallee Park captain Kingsley Bilney Jnr is also this week’s GT All Sports Legends Award winner.
Nicknamed the Roadrunner by Ronald ‘Bluey’ Dunn, Bilney used his pace to run through the lines.
He was always hitting targets, bringing teammates into the game and had great ball handling skills.
