Lock resident charged with cannabis cultivation

A Lock man was charged with cultivating cannabis after police attended his residence after a traffic violation and found 11 cannabis plants.

Police stopped the man at a driver testing station at about 6.30pm and found he was driving while disqualified. 

Officers drove the man to his home to clamp his car where they located and seized the plants. 

The 59-year-old was bailed to appear in court on March 30.
