It’s day two of the Teakle Auto Sprint with drivers taking on the longer track today from 9am.

For anyone not at the track, the Port Lincoln Times will have all the fast and furious action trackside.

5pm: The inaugural Teakle Auto Sprint is done and dusted on the track so we’re wrapping up our live coverage of the event but keep an eye out on Facebook for the livestream of the podium presentations and for all the photos of today’s action on the website.

3.35pm: Dan Day has bettered his fastest lap time for today with a time of 1:00.3670 in sprint five.

3.10pm: The results of sprint four are in with Dan Day recording the fastest time.

Noon: Racing came to a halt briefly after car 37, John Crabb’s 1978 Holden GTS, hit a barrier at the City Motors corner but things are back on track now while the damage is assessed.

11.30am: The results are in for sprint two with Nick Streckeisen recording the fastest lap time in his 2008 Nissan GTR.
