IDEA: One of the suggested projects was a foreshore water park.

AN information session to help people interested in submitting an idea to the $40 million Fund My Neighbourhood program will be held at Port Lincoln Community House this Sunday. 

The aim of the session is to provide community members who have an idea for a project with more information about the categories and criteria and with the application for submitting that idea. 

Some of the ideas suggested on the Port Lincoln Times Facebook page included projects like a foreshore water park or bowling alley, health projects like a purpose-built Alzheimers village, outdoor exercise equipment or an outdoor basketball court.

The information and application help session will be run by the Department of Premier and Cabinet will be held at Community House Port Lincoln, 14 Conrad Street, Port Lincoln on Sunday, August 27 from 1.30pm to 4pm.
