UNDER 15 – Marble Range v Tasman

THE powerful Ranger machine takes on finals surprise packet Tasman in a clash choc-full of talent.

The David Foster coached Magpies are undefeated and would have to be one of the greatest teams in the history of the PLFL. Their first quarter demolition of Souths in the second semi was faultless with league best and fairest Jett Boxer leading with his marking and clearance work.

Ruckman Max Bartlett provides options for his team, rising star Jesse Trevor has elite kicking skills and Bradford twins Thomas and Josh are running machines. Will Charlton can set up play while Gil Casanova and Ethan Richardson aren’t afraid to take risks. Also watch for Brock Davis and the finishing ability of Arley Byass.

The Justin Howard coached Roosters have taken this finals series by storm, blowing away Wayback and Lincoln South in their two finals, largely based on the master stroke of moving Ronan Lovegrove to the forward half where he has kicked seven goals in two matches.

Billy Haebich has been at his best, Zach Kroezen is an underrated ruckman and captain Cooper Perham is a contested ball beast. Look for Max Coote leading in the backlines with support from Scott Howard and Toby Casanova, and Brooklyn George’s kicking ability will be important.

Tasman will look to continue their run but Rangers have too many weapons. Tip: Marble Range 21-30.
