Lock Area School ran with a different format for its school performance this year, holding a dance performance after the students attended dance classes with Holly Gniadek from Footsteps Dance Company.
Students were split into two groups – reception to year 3 and year 4 to 9 – with each group learning three separate dances over two days.
On the night, the school guitarists performed a few songs they had learnt this year.
Students work was also on display as well as a library display, book buying and a library raffle.
Parents also had the opportunity to try out the 3D googles the students use in the library during lunch time.
The night ended with a barbecue tea in the park.
