Tod River Cricket Club invited past and present players and club members to celebrate 10 years since its 2007/08 premiership at Dorward Oval on Saturday.
The reunion was held following Tod River’s A grade match against Southern Eyre South and brought together players from the club’s only A grade premiership to date.
Despite not gaining victory in the A grade game that day a great celebration was had.
About 50 to 60 people attended the event, which included some of the Southern Eyre South team.
The club started playing A grade cricket in 2004 after several B grade premierships and broke through to win its first premiership against Southern Eyre South in 2008.
Eight of the eleven players who played in the premiership side were present, including captain and man of the match David Collins who came from Adelaide for the event.
