Drugs, weapons found in Port Lincoln

A Port Lincoln man, 32, will face court over a number of drug offences after police seized drugs and weapons from his house on Monday.

Police searched a house about 1.30pm, and allegedly found cannabis, methamphetamine and steroids, along with dangerous weapons including knuckle dusters and nunchakus.

Jewellery that police suspect was stolen was also located.

A man was arrested and charged with possessing a commercial quantity of a prohibited drug, possessing a prohibited weapon, unlawful possession of a prescription drug and unlawful possession.

He was bailed to appear in the Port Lincoln Magistrates Court on March 22.
