Your new role
As a building designer, you will work closely with clients to design their dream home, conducting a design brief to establish their requirements. This role gives you full concept responsibility allowing you to create something unique. You will also be creating accurate prelim and technical working drawings combined with all relevant documentation for building approval.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, it is essential that you have experience in designing and drawing residential buildings. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the entire build process. You must be competent in conducting design briefs, showing excellent communications skills and able to consult with clients to keep homes within budget.
