Bus Drivers

We are looking for responsible and reliable drivers for our new school bus, to transport students to and from school following a scheduled route and to excursions when required.

Our ideal candidates should have prior experience driving a bus, a valid Light Rigid (LR) Licence, and the patience and calm demeanor required when transporting a bus full of school children.

The drivers’ responsibilities include ensuring proper vehicle maintenance and cleaning, observing and following safety and road rules and ensuring passenger safety at all times.

To be successful as a school bus driver you should enjoy working with children and strictly observe passenger transport regulations. Ultimately, a school bus driver at St joseph’s School should be meticulous when it comes to vehicle inspections and regard passenger safety as the highest priority.
