Your new role
Manage supplier performance in accordance with the balanced scorecard process and in compliance with applicable policies and procedures
2. Implement innovations or improvements to existing contracts as guided by the Lead Contracts Manager.
3. Support the development of plans (& implementation if required) to ensure continuity of supply for essential goods & services.
4. Support the procurement process leading to the development of new commercial arrangements and resultant implementation of external suppliers.
5. Proactively support and develop suppliers and internal stakeholders to maximise the value delivered through the contracts
6. Support the continuous improvement of supplier management processes & tools
7. Reporting and documentation of contract processes and supplier performance

What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or proven commercial business experience including the management of complex commercial contracts within relevant industry. Well-developed communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders Demonstrated ability to implement commercial arrangements for high value services and materials Proven ability to effectively engage with technical and commercial specialists Ability to work within and promote a culture of accountability and performance Proven planning, problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work through complex issues and make proposals for the resolution of problems Demonstrated understanding of procurement processes used in large organisations
