The client is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Administrator that can efficiently and effectively provide operational support to the front of house Reception and extended team!

The role requires a self motivated individual that thrives working in a fast past environment and has the ability to provide high levels of customer service.

Job Description

  • Deliver an overall positive customer experience
  • Coordinate and support with administration needs
  • Building and maintaining relationships across the business
  • Manage front reception tasks
  • Ensure the system and database is kept up to date
  • Support team members with Coordination support
  • Adhoc tasks as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Seeking a full time permanent role in an office environment
  • Will have a passion for process and be customer centric
  • Experience working within a customer service, reception, admin or retail role will supply you the initial tools to succeed in this role
  • You will be confident when engaging with a variety of stakeholders and enjoy learning and developing
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Self motivation and a willingness to learn
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other CRM platforms
