FULL TIME OFFICE MANAGER

Our busy Medical Practice is seeking an Office Manager to join our professional team. The position available is full time, 38 hours per week. Experience in office Administration, customer service and excellent people skills are essential. Should possess good time management skills and be able to maintain a pleasant positive attitude under pressure. Duties include: Managing schedules and rosters. Organising office operations and procedures. IT Administration and implementation and liaison with our off-site IT providers Assisting Practice Manager with Human Resources and other duties as required. Experience with medical software would be an advantage but not essential Current driver's license is essential Position description is available on request.
