Linux Systems Administrator - Java EE

Job Details:

• Contract: 6 Months & 2x12 Months extension
• Location: Carseldine QLD
• Work Flexibility: Required to be in the office 50%, which is 3 days 1 week and 2 the following week.

About the Role:

Our client is a government agency seeking a Systems Administrator to support the release and deployment of new Java EE applications over the software development lifecycle and through support for the developer, testing and Production environments.

You'll be installation, upgrading, and control of systems for IT services and products including J2EE application servers, such as WebSphere Application Server, Weblogic Application Server and Linux operating systems, such as Suse Linux, Red Hat.

You'll need prior experience in:

• Java EE application servers (IBM WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment preferred).
• Web servers in a Java EE application environment (high regard will be given to Apache or IBM HTTP Server).
• MuleSoft API Administration
• Ability to implement and document System Administration procedures and strategies
