Excellent opportunity for an experienced or entry level Medical Receptionist to join the team in our Port Lincoln Hospital Clinic.

About the Role
Reporting to the Office Manager, this is a preferably full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between the core hours of 8am and 6pm.
In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:
- Driving the delivery of high quality reception and contact centre services
- Interacting with patients and referrers to schedule a range medical imaging appointments
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care whilst minimising patient effort
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
About You
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Strong computer skills and experience using multiple programs simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
