Not for Profit organisation in North Ryde seeking a reception and front office administrator

Your new company

This not for profit organisation is seeking an experienced receptionist and administrator to join their team to support the daily functioning of the office.

Your new role
• Meet and Greet all visitors and handle all face-to-face enquiries
• Answer all incoming calls and take messages accordingly
• Electronic diary appointments
• Booking online staff leave absences
• Directing deliveries to the appropriate areas
• Manage in and outgoing mail
• Ensure reception and interview rooms are tidy at all times

What you'll need to succeed
• Previous administration and reception experience
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of cultural diversity
• Self-starter and ability to work independently

What you'll get in return
• An hourly rate of up to $33 per hour plus super
• Consistent work from Monday to Friday 8:00 – 4:00pm
• Friendly and supportive team environment
