What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role you’ll already have a keen interest or background in Financial Services, strong commercial acumen and the ability to confidently deliver expert advice to clients and candidates. Working with a high-performance team, proud of their expertise and customer focus, you’ll be ambitious and driven and willing to actively seek out new opportunities as well as foster strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
