Retail Assistant Sales Manager Full-Time position An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Sales Manager within our team. Due to further expansion, this position has become available for an enthusiastic and empathetic employee who is motivated and would like to contribute to a friendly, harmonious workplace. Key tasks and attributes include: Customer Service, Retail Sales, Research & Quoting Require - Competent computing skills with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Web research Previous Retail experience an advantage Excellent interpersonal customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships Meticulous decision-making skills, proficiency at following procedures with high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Equipment research, Data entry, ordering and stock management Accounting and Retail Software experience an advantage Require - Good organisation, time management and problem-solving skills Keen to learn about or have knowledge of equipment for the aged and acute care sector Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to be an effective team member The Assistant Sales Manager position requires someone who is sales orientated, entrepreneurial spirited and a positive person with the ability to competently research and collate products. This person will be required to effectively communicate with our partners and suppliers to assist the continued growth of our business. We are particularly looking for a practical thinking person who is a good listener, has a high level of customer awareness to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's needs and requirements.
