Retail Sales / Administration Two Full-Time positions An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Sales Manager and also a Retail Team Member in our Customer Service area. Due to growth and further expansion, we have these positions available for 2 enthusiastic and empathetic employees who are motivated and would like to be a part of our team in a friendly and supportive team environment. Key tasks and attributes include: Customer Service, Retail Sales, Research and Quoting Require - Competent computing skills with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Web research Previous Retail experience an advantage Excellent interpersonal customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships Meticulous decision-making skills, displaying quality procedures with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Equipment research, Data entry, ordering and stock management Accounting and Retail Software experience an advantage Require - Good organisation, time management and problem-solving skills The Assistant Sales Manager position requires a sales orientated, entrepreneurial spirited and positive person with the ability to competently research and collate products. This person will be required to communicate effectively with our partners and suppliers to assist continued growth in our business. Both roles will require the employees to be creative, self-motivated, work independently whilst also being part of a team, contributing to our harmonious work place. We are particularly looking for people who have a high level of customer awareness to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's needs and requirements.
