Senior Business Analyst

Job Details:

• Work locations: Canberra preferred; or Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide
• Contract: Start 1-7-2022 for 12 months plus 2 x 12 month options
• Eligibility: All Applicants must be Australian Citizens and be eligible for an ASGVA Baseline Security Clearance.

The role:

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will assist with a program that will define, procure and implement the next generation of telecommunications services and replace core telecommunications capabilities with modern technology and ensure service continuity for core platforms.

We are seeking a strong, experienced Business / Technical Analysts to bring together requirements of the Programme to transition from existing to new arrangements. You may be required to work across multiple projects to assist with resource levelling across the programme.

Experience needed:

• Excellence in Business Analysis, including
  • process development, stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering
• Requirements definition and management skills
• Knowledge, experience and/or relevant qualifications in one or more of the following areas:
  • Telecommunications services - data carriage - unified communications
  • LAN/WAN
  • Cyber security, including gateway controls,
    • denial of service management and perimeter security
  • Mobile telephony - satellite data and / or telephony
  • Data analysis and migration
  • Systems integration
• Use of modern data analysis and presentation tools, including Power BI or similar, will be a significant advantage.
