Your new company
You will be joining a reputable luxury goods company in an essential position as a Receptionist/Team Assistant to within their CBD office. You will be joining a close-knit team supporting the Head of Retail and wider divisions with administration overseeing day-day business tasks. This is a dynamic and fast paced role that offers a rare opportunity to join the luxury goods industry within an established organisation.

Your new role
As a Team Assistant/Receptionist, you will be reporting to the head of retail and supporting team members with daily administrations tasks across the business. It will be your priority to maintain internal and external stockholder relationships with consistent professional communication. You will be managing reception duties such as engaging with in-person clients while acting on phone calls, emails, and all inquiries. You will be assisting the team with travel bookings and diary management when needed. As a Team Assistant/Receptionist you will be in charge of ensuring the office space is maintained and all stationery and office supplies are fully stocked. Finally, you will be following up and completing any administration request from the wider team.

What you'll need to succeed
You are a driven and energetic individual with professional communication skills. You are confident communicating with senior stakeholders and liaising between multiple departments. You are proactive, and complete urgent tasks within requested time frames. You thrive on building and maintaining business relationships with clients. You have strong document management skills and high attention to detail when completing administration and following processes. You are quick to problem solve and offer excellent customer service and professional support to clients and team members.
