The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Strong document administration experience
- Have supported a Director, GM or at C suite level
- Experienced across diary management, travel coordination, minutes, board meetings
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite including PowerPoint
- Excellent communications skills
- Immediately available
- Enjoy short or long term contract assignments
- Set up to work from home with own laptop depending on the client/role
