Softballers ready to play ball for 2017

The Port Lincoln and Districts Softball Association is looking forward to the upcoming 2017-18 softball season.

Starting this Saturday, October 14 at the Kirton Point Soccer Oval, the softball association is excited at having all five clubs return with all three grades playing.

Go along and cheer on Roadrunners, Eagles, Shields, Rebels or Squaws.

A few changes to team line-ups happened in the off season and a new faces joined the ranks, with clubs returning refreshed with powerful batters, sensational pitchers and plenty of spectacular catchers. 

These ladies know how to play ball.

All games are played on Saturdays, with under 16s starting at 11.45am, B grade at 1.30pm and A grade starts at 3.30pm.

Season passes are available at the gate for the first three games, or entry is $2 per junior and seniors $3.

Canteen and limited bar facilities are available also, with some of the best chips and gravy in town.
