SALT Festival 2018 launched in Port Lincoln | GALLERY

About 60 people came out to Beer Garden Brewing on Thursday evening for the SALT Festival 2018 Launch Night.

The launch introduced locals to this year’s event and got the conversation started on ideas for the upcoming festival.

The night also introduced the newly tweaked to the application process for shows at the festival.

SALT Committee chair Jack Ritchie said a lot of the people who came for the launch were people who were involved in this year’s event.

“The fact they were here tonight and were full of enthusiasm bodes well for SALT 2018,” he said.

Mr Ritchie said he felt there would be a lot of ideas for the upcoming festival, new and building on what was seen in 2017.

“We’ve got the context of 2017 to work off, people have already got a flavour of what it was, what it is, we’ve got a good context to work on,” he said.
