Police are investigating the theft of three generators stolen from a yard on Proper Bay Road, Port Lincoln overnight on Sunday and they are looking for information from the public that might help track down the offenders.

A padlock and chain were cut to gain access to the yard sometime overnight on Sunday and two large red, Briggs and Stratton generators and a smaller, Blue Yamaha 2.4Kva generator were stolen.

In order to take the generators the fixings holding the generators to a trailer had been cut or undone.

Police ask members of the public to be on the lookout for the generators (pictured) and report anything suspicious to Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report online at crimestopperssa.com.au.
