THE Tumby Bay National Trust Museum hosted the Cleve Probus Club recently.

Members of the Cleve Probus Club who paid a visit to the museum were welcomed by president David Brand, secretary Pat Carr and June Hedley.

The members were impressed by the collection of household and personal items held in the museum and were amazed at how the displays were managed in such a confined space.

The reaction of the visitors demonstrated why the museum would like to extend its premises.

Also of interest was how the museum assists those who want to track family history with its files photos and school records.

Many agreed the time they had allotted for the visit  was not long enough and have promised themselves a return trip in the future.
