Fourteen men competed in a stableford. Mick Kenny, 38, won on a count back from Mike Bowyer.
Geoff Morgan was third edging out Phil Siviour both on 37.
Adrian Thiele was nearest the pin (NTP) on 1/10 while John Kenny took out the ball on 5/14.
Sunday, August 19
Sixteen players competed in a stroke round. Willem Rammers continued his good form coming in with 70, Steve Nettle was second after an entertaining round while John Kenny was third on 74.
Jean Puckridge is playing good golf winning the ladies with 72, Gina Kenny was second on 77 and won NTP on 1/10 for the ladies.
Kevin Reidy won the men’s and Tim Bradford had the least number of putts, 25.
Tuesday, August 21
Judy Cain won the A grade in the second and final round of the Championships, followed by Ann Middleton.
Helen Rammers won the B grade by one stroke from Pauline Britza while Jean Puckridge scored a massive below 100 stroke round to take out the C grade with Karen Burgen second.
The club welcomed a new player Di Baker-Tagg who submitted her first card and took out the NTP on 1/10.
Deidre Mann won the ball for the golfers not competing in the championships.
Maz Lovegrove submitted her third card and took out the second ball and won the long drive on 2/11.
Pat Hurrell donated the flowers for the winners and runners-up.
