EMERGENCY services were called to a crash on a dirt road at Tiatukia early on Saturday morning (October 6) where a woman was fortunate to escape without serious injury.
At about 6.20am emergency services responded to the crash on Roberts Road where a car had rolled, landing on its roof.
An SA Police spokesperson said the driver, a woman believed to be in her thirties, suffered only minor injuries.
The woman was the sole occupant of the vehicle and suffered a cut to the head which was treated at the scene.
The female driver was later taken to Port Lincoln Hospital for further observations.
Two Country Fire Service vehicles and one Metropolitan Fire Service vehicle attended the scene and spent an hour trying to ‘right the vehicle’.
Police and SA Ambulance crews also attended.
A SAPOL spokesperson said on Monday morning that police were still investigating the cause of the crash.
