Already rolling at Cummins green

CUMMINS Bowling Club members are back on the green after club president Barney Lynch officially opened the season on Friday, September 29.

Lynch welcomed about 30 members to the opening who all enjoyed their first roll for the year.

Ross Mickan was given the honour of rolling the first Jack and Kym (Spacky) Spackman the honour of delivering the first bowl.

Pennant badges were handed to each player in the Thursday Red Pennant side that won the premiership last season.

Two games of 10 ends were played with a shared tea to follow.
