Grab a Christmas bargain for the 4WD lover in your life

The new owners of TJM Port Lincoln would like to encourage everyone to come in and see the changes they have made to the shop since taking over in May.

Originally from Loxton in the Riverland, Mathew Fry and Chantelle Voigt decided Port Lincoln would be a great place to start a new life adventure and raise their two-year-old daughter, Marlee.

“After seven months we’ve finally found our feet and we are trying to get our name out there,” said Chantelle.

“I was in the wine industry and looking to cut back on work to spend more time with Marlee and Mat was working in agriculture and maintenance, so we looked for something that accommodated our family.”

Mat has been four-wheel-driving for 20 years. His background in farming and maintenance of machinery and living and breathing 4WD’s has helped his ability to relate with people and their needs especially in rural areas.

When asked why they decided on TJM Port Lincoln, Chantelle said her family loves four-wheel-driving, adventure and exploring new areas and this passion led them to purchase a 4WD Shop.

From four-wheel-driving and camping, they try to get away as much as they can, just like the original founders of TJM, Lloyd Taylor, Cliff Jones and Steve Mollenhauer.

“Mat has owned, worked on and set up many 4WD’s so he has a lot of knowledge and experience,” said Chantelle.

“He has taken myself and Marlee touring and exploring our great country ever since I’ve known him with a lot more planned.”

“Four-wheel-driving is Mats passion and we are improving the business and to help our customers as much as we can.”

“He’s absolutely amazing at what he does and will spend extra time to get things just right for the customer with customer service and quality workmanship at his focus.”

Mat and Chantelle encourage everybody to get a 4WD and get out there and explore new places.

“Australia is full of magical spots just waiting to be discovered near and far,” said Chantelle.

They believe it is especially good for young families to get out in the bush and teach their kids some important life skills.

“We go and see new places every chance we get, so we want to encourage others to do that too,” said Chantelle.
