A Port Lincoln driver will face court after he returned a high alcohol reading on New Years morning.
At 2.30am police stopped a 26-year-old man on Porter Street for driver testing.
Police allege he returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.168.
He will appear in court over charges on exceeding the prescribed concentration of alcohol, as well as driving unregistered and uninsured.
His vehicle was impounded for 28 days and his licence was suspended for 12 months.
