THE Port Lincoln RSL is busy preparing for its Anzac Day Dawn Service on Thursday, April 25.

The Port Lincoln RSL Sub Branch is organising the commemoration at Eyre Park (Hallett Place and Flinders Highway intersection) at the Anzac Memorial.

Be present by 6.10am latest for a 6.20am start.

The Navy and Army Cadets, the CFS cadets, Scouts and St John cadets will be assisting or in the guard.

The Australian Army cadets will be providing the Catafalque Party.

Port Lincoln RSL Sub Branch president Peter Linn has asked full medals be worn by those that have them.

Relations of those that served may wear their medals on the right breast.

Bring a chair if required as seating will be reserved for the elderly, people with disabilities and dignitaries.

"The army and navy cadets are actively recruiting and would love to hear from any young people interested in having a look at the activities of the groups," Mr Linn said.
