Eight Port Neill Country Women's Association members enjoyed the Octoman Group International\Arts Day at Tumby Bay on November 13, meeting up with ladies from Ungarra, Tumby Bay and Port Lincoln.
The branches were colour coded and sat at tables that had cloths of the same colour.
It was an interesting day with competitions, good food, lively chatter and guest speaker Judy Stacey, who spoke on "the Spain I know" after three trips to walk the Camino Trail.
A special meeting was held on November 19 to discuss motions to be voted on at the state council in Naracoorte, which will be attended by three members.
Three treasurers' schools are to be held each year to assist treasurers in managing their books.
Poland is the Country of Study for next year.
