Students at Lake Wangary School took part in a day of relaxation at Coffin Bay on Thursday which included a colour run.
The school's SRC representatives had suggested a beach day so the school decided to hold a day of activities.
The day started with a colour run with students getting covered in different colours then going for a walk/run along the trail on the foreshore.
Students were provided with a healthy lunch and fruit and other activities included fishing, golf and making mandalas.
Lake Wangary School principal Wade Branford said the day reminded the students to find time to unwind and relax, which was good for their wellbeing.
"We felt this was a good way to acknowledge their hard work this year by going on a wellbeing day to let them have a run and have a bit of fun," he said.
"It's reminding kids to stay healthy during the holidays and remember to take time to relax and unwind."
