Police called to altercation

Two people were arrested after a fight in Port Lincoln this morning.

At about 2.40am police were called to a disturbance on Tasman Terrace, with a number of people allegedly involved in a large altercation.

A 25-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man were arrested and charged with affray.

The two Port Lincoln locals were bailed to appear in the Port Lincoln Magistrates Court on February 23.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident, and they expect to identify other individuals involved.

Port Lincoln police said they were disappointed with the behaviour, and have reminded the community that anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
