Healthy Mind, Healthy Business

Eyre Peninsula's Women in Business have arranged for a free seminar at the Port Lincoln Hotel on March 10 at 4.30pm. The event will include a talk from guest speaker Lain Montgomerie from Mentally Fit EP, including about what mental health services are available on Eyre Peninsula, recognising when someone may be suffering from mental health difficulties and tips on how to look after your own mental health.
