Police have caught a pair of drink drivers in separate incidents at the weekend.
Just after midnight on Sunday, August 9 police stopped a vehicle travelling along Proper Bay Road in Port Lincoln for a breath test with the driver, a 66-year-old woman allegedly returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.062.
The woman was issued with an on the spot fine.
At about 8.15pm the same day police stopped a ute on Coffin Bay Road at Coffin Bay for a breath test.
The driver, a 48-year-old Coffin Bay man allegedly returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.086.
The man was reported for drink driving, was issued with a six month instant loss of licence and his vehicle was impounded for 28 days.
