It has been a busy few weeks for the ladies of the Streaky Bay Golf Club, including a stroke competition played on Wednesday.
There were 10 ladies on the course for a stroke competition in the second round of the International Bowl, sponsored by Streaky Bay Surf and Style.
The winner was Wendy Brougham with a score of 73, finishing just ahead of Sandie Skinner (pictured) on 74 and third-placed Wendy Pearson on 78.
A week earlier, on Wednesday, June 2, 10 ladies competed for the second round of the monthly medal.
The winner of the day was Skinner, while Dora Murray took second position on a countback from Patsy Jenkins.
The novelty for the day was the most fairways hit, won by Skinner with 17.
On Wednesday, May 26, eight ladies competed in a stableford competition sponsored by the Streaky Bay Post Office.
Jenkins got the win in cool but calm conditions, taking the victory on a countback from Pearson after both finished on 34 points.
The novelty for the day was won by Helen Flanigan.
