A man has been reported after refusing a breath test in Ceduna this week.
Police stopped a vehicle travelling on Thevenard Road just before 5pm on Monday, July 26 to conduct a mobile driver screening test.
Police spoke to the driver, a 49-year-old local man, and submitted him to a roadside breath test.
The test returned a positive result and the man was taken to the Ceduna Police Station, where he allegedly refused to comply with a further breath analysis test.
Checks on his licence also revealed that he did not hold a driver's licence, having previously been disqualified.
The man was issued with a 12-month instant loss of licence notice, and reported for refusing a breath analysis test and for driving without a licence.
