It was another entertaining evening of racing last Saturday night as the Ceduna Dirt Circuit Club hosted a race meeting, proudly sponsored by Letcher Moroney Chartered Accountants.
A small field of cars took to the track and it was the big bangers out first as veteran throttle-stomper Alan Woollatt showed the others the way around by winning two heats.
Colin Thiele, driving the 'Wild Thing', won a heat and finished second for the night.
Greg Limbert also won a heat and finished third overall - not bad for a B grade car.
In the other heats, Joel Silva dominated the first two races, winning by half a lap, while Kristie Crafter and David Rice were battling bumper-to-bumper.
The handicapper had Silva out half a lap behind, yet this challenge was not big enough as he caught the field with a lap to run in what was an awesome drive.
The last heat was won by Rice, followed by Crafter.
The allcomers feature race saw Kyle Tucker get off to a flying start, and as the rest of the pack could not catch him all eyes turned to the battle for second as Tyson Carr was being worked over by Silva.
Carr held on to finish second, while Silva took third.
