Police investigating disturbance in Port Lincoln

UPDATE: Police located a 43-year-old Port Lincoln man at about 12.20pm on Thursday in Fram Street with serious injuries.

He was taken to hospital in a stable condition.

ORIGINAL: Police are investigating a disturbance in Port Lincoln in the early hours of Thursday morning and are appealing to the community for information.

Patrols were called to an area in Bomar Street, near the intersection of Shepherd Avenue, just after 2.15am after reports of yelling and a possible assault.

Upon arrival at the scene, police were unable to locate any victims or offenders, and are appealing for any witnesses or persons involved to come forward.
