Two local gardens part of Open Gardens spring program

Two Port Lincoln gardens will be on show as part of the Open Gardens SA spring program on Saturday, October 30 and Sunday, October 31.

The Sojourn garden, is owned by Mick & Di McLachlan and located at 43 Happy Valley Road, Port Lincoln.

The Bostonvista garden is owned by Richard and Karen Miels and located at 125 Howard Avenue, Boston (Port Lincoln).

The entry fee to the gardens will be going to charity - the McLachlans will be donating to the Royal Flying Doctor Service and the Miels' to the Eyre Peninsula Community Foundation Home Hospice Fund.

General entry is $8, $6 for Open Gardens SA members and concession holders (not including Seniors Cards) and free entry for children under 18.

The gardens will be open from 10am until 4.30pm on both days.

Open Gardens SA is a not-for-profit organisation overseen by a dedicated volunteer committee of South Australians passionate about gardening and horticulture.
