Essential work will cause electricity interruptions for parts of the Eyre Peninsula next Sunday, October 31 and Thursday, November 18.
The affected areas can expect power interruptions at their properties between about 8.30am and 3.30pm both days, while work is being done on distribution lines underground.
Affected areas include: Brooker, Butler, Cockaleechie, Coomunga, Coulta, Cummins, Green Patch, Edillilie, Kapinnie, Karkoo, Koppio, Lipson, Louth Bay, Mitchell, Moody, Mount Hope, North Shields, Point Boston, Poonindie, Port Neill, Sheringa, Tumby Bay, Ungarra, Whites Flat, Yallunda Flat and Yeelanna.
SA Power Networks head of corporate affairs Paul Roberts said Sunday's outage will affect almost 3890 customers and 1900 customers on November 18.
"We have to go underground, so it will be turned off for safety reasons," he said.
The work is part of ElectraNet's current transmission project underway along the Eyre Peninsula.
