Wind down for the weekend with this week's Port Lincoln Times Flashback Friday, featuring the faces who made the news in years gone by.
This week, as we prepare to leave October behind and move into November, we are going back to the mid 1980s, to the year of South Australia's 150th Jubilee to feature photos from throughout November, 1986.
Who can you see amongst this week's photos?
It was the year Crocodile Dundee was released and became a worldwide phenomenon, the year Hey Hey it's Saturday introduced its iconic Red Faces segment and the year two classic Australian songs were released, 'Don't Dream It's Over' by Crowded House and 'You're the Voice' by John Farnham.
With the Melbourne Cup to happen very soon here is some Melbourne Cup trivia, the 1986 winner was At Talaq, ridden by Michael Clarke and trained by Colin Hayes.
NOTE: This gallery may contain images of deceased Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander persons and may cause distress to those communities.
