UPDATE: Police are investigating an alleged sexual assault in Ceduna on Monday.
At about 12.30pm, a woman stopped to help a man on Decres Bay Road, east of Ceduna, when she was allegedly sexually assaulted. The man was not known to her.
The suspect is described as being of Aboriginal appearance, aged 40 to 50 years, with a light tan complexion.
He was driving a dark blue coloured four-door sedan, with bonnet paint that was worn, cracked and faded.
The front of the bonnet sloped down over the top of the headlights, making the headlights appear thin.
The sedan had a bumper bar - possibly grey or plastic, and the vehicle's overall paintwork is described as dull and faded.
Police ask that anyone who may have seen a man or vehicle matching the description in the area, or who may have any information regarding the alleged assault, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or crimestopperssa.com.au. You can remain anonymous.
Police are also urgently seeking the assistance of a person driving a grey/silver 4WD with a metal canopy on Decres Bay Road at Ceduna, on Monday, December 6 at sometime between 10am and 1pm.

A woman was assaulted by an unknown man on Decres Bay Road, east of Ceduna, at about 12.30pm on Monday, December 6, after she stopped to provide the man assistance.
The Ceduna CIB is investigating the matter.
